Vaginal Tightness Steam Only

Preparing Tea:

•  1 teaspoon of herb. A glass jar. 8oz of water.
•  Place 1 teaspoon of the herb in a glass jar.
• Boil water, then pour the boiled water over the herbs in the glass jar.
• Steep for 15min, then strain herbs.
• For best results drink tea warm and drink tea 3x a day.

Preparing Tea Steam:

• If you do not have a steam pot
• Put 2 quarts of water into a pot. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer for 5-10 min.
• Pour water in a basin over 1/3 cup of herb blend.
• Place the basin below your Yoni steam seat. If you do not have a Yoni steam seat hover over the basin on your knees after you disrobe from the waist down.
• Wrap yourself in a thick towel or blanket to trap steam. Slowly sit down Yoni seat or over the basin. Move away from the steam if it feels too hot.
• Allow the steam to permeate directly into your womb and skin for 30-45 minutes.

Store Tea:

• Store in a Cool, Dark Place: Keep dried herbs in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Exposure to light can degrade the potency of herbs.
• Keep stored in glass jar: make sure the lid is closed tight.
• Avoid Heat: Avoid storing dried herbs near heat sources like stoves or ovens, as heat can negatively impact their quality and cause mold.
