Preparing Tea:

•  1 teaspoon of herb. A glass jar. 8oz of water.
•  Place 1 teaspoon of the herb in a glass jar.
• Boil water, then pour the boiled water over the herbs in the glass jar.
• Steep for 15min, then strain herbs.
• For best results drink tea warm.

Store Tea:

• Store in a Cool, Dark Place: Keep dried herbs in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Exposure to light can degrade the potency of herbs.
• Keep stored in glass jar: make sure the lid is closed tight.
• Avoid Heat: Avoid storing dried herbs near heat sources like stoves or ovens, as heat can negatively impact their quality and cause mold.
